Supporting Young People 12-19 years

Learning, health, wellbeing and enrichment activities for young people aged 12-19 years living with a Neurodevelopmental condition and who may struggle engaging in mainstream youth environments.

Young People 12-14 years and 15-19 years

These groups provide an opportunity for young people to develop friendships and encourage participation. Young people meet to gain a better understanding of themselves, to explore their own needs and gain new skills and confidence.

We cover issues such as social skills and interaction, planning and preparation for trips, staying safe, setting and achieving realistic goals as well as creative expression and fun activities. Every month all groups meet up for learning and social activities.

Young people take an active part in the design, decision making and development of their group, encouraging active participation and ownership.
