Summer Family Fun Day

Our annual family fun day at Stanley Park was a huge success, raising over £1500 that will help us to continue to provide valuable support to families living with neurodevelopmental conditions.

The day was organised by our two Orrell Park Community Champions, Bev and Clair who wanted to raise some funding to help with providing some children’s activities in the Walton area.

Fun on the day included:

Fun and entertainment from Glitterarti Parties
Meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse and other special guests
Mixed martial arts workshops
Face painting and glitter tattoos
Community dance troupe displays
Come and meet the donkeys.
Learn how to hip hop
Everton in the Community muti-sports workshops
Arts and crafts
Community stalls
Tombola, workshops and much more

Together, Bev and Clair arranged, organised, promoted managed the whole event, and if that's not enough, they also organised an evening fundraising event at the Mons for the parents/carers from the Walton area where they also raised a similar amount.
