Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that support the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about transition
This week our information workshop is about transition. We will be looking the difficulties some children face when transiting from one school to another, from home to school or from daytime to bedtime. We will be looking at strategies to better manage the difficulties faced. Come along and ask any questions you may have.
