Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that support the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.

This week our information workshop is about anxiety and we will be discussing how anxiety presents and the impact on everyday life. We will also be looking at how it is associated with other neurodevelopmetnal conditions and some strategies toreduce the impact. Come along and ask any questions you may have.
