20th March 2019, 9:30 am

Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.

The topic for discussion this week is about sleep difficulties with neurodevelopmental conditions.

This week our solution focused drop in is about sleep difficulties in children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Children with ASD/ ADHD and sensory difficulties can sometimes have problems going to sleep and staying asleep. Cathy our sleep practitioner will be on hand for parents and carers to discuss any difficulties. Come along and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.

Each session at Huyton is on a Wednesday  9.30am - 11.30am during term time. Come along this session is open access
