Our Community Network Group is for parents and carers and is delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about sleep difficulties associated with ND conditions.
This week our information workshop is about sleep difficulties linked with ND conditions and how ASD/C, ADHD, SPD and different things like medication and illness can impact on sleep. We have a sleep practitioner attending to offer information and advice.
Come along and meet other parent carers and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.
