Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about Early Help Assessments ( EHAT's)
This week our partner is Liverpool Local Authority who are here to share information about the EHAT- a tool that is used to support early identification and early help of any difficulties a child or young person is experiencing - to also ensure that all the services involved communicate effectively.
