Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.

This week our information workshop is about managing stress. We will be discussing the different types of stress, how it affects out behaviour our health and wellbeing - we will identify our levels of stress and strategies to reduce stress.
Come along meet others experiencing similar difficulties and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.
