Neurodevelopmental Conditions and Me (ND and Me) This programme has been developed for young people aged 11-14 and 15-18 to help them to:
• Better understand and manage themselves
• Identify and make the right choices
• Develop social skills to make friends & maintain friendships
• Keep themselves safe.
Each session is on a Wednesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm for six sessions. It is important to attend all six.
Sessions are on 18th, 25th, September and 2nd, 9th 16th and 23rd October 6.00pm - 7.00pm
For young people whose parents have completed the ND conditions Family Learning Programme.
