Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about Autism and Demand Avoidance Behaviours (PDA)
This week our we will be looking at Autism and demand avoidance behaviours. Looking at the characteristics that present and the different strategies that are recommended.

Whilst parents and carers access the Community Network group, children with neurodevelopemtnal conditions and their siblings - between the age of 5 - 12 can access the childrens activities, which include, LEGO, circus skills, board games, cookery, arts and crafts, which help to better support social and communication skills, turn taking and motor co-ordination difficulties.
