Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.

This week our information workshop is about identifying how stress presents and the impact it can have on yourself and family. We will talk about how to manage it effectivly.
Come along meet others experiencing similar difficulties and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.
