Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about the post 16 offer in St Helens
This week our partner is the lead of the post 16 service in St Helens. She will be here to talk through what education or training provision is available for young people after they are 16. This session may not be relevant to you at the moment, but come and prepare for the future.
