Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about Supporting Transition and Change
This week our information workshop is about transition in all different forms. Transitioning from one thing to another, and changing routines without the correct preparation can cause behaviours that can impact on the child and family. We will be looking at how to put strategies in place to reduce the chaos that sometimes occurs.
Come along and meet others experiencing similar difficulties and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.
Each session at Huyton is on a Wednesday 9.30am - 11.30am during term time. Come along no need to book this session is open access.
