Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for discussion this week is about Managing Stress
This week our information workshop is about managing stress as a parent. We will look at what stress is, the different ways it can manifest and what strategies are used to manage stress. Also looking at where to go if stress becomes more than stress.
Come along and meet other parent carers and ask any questions you may have and identify strategies that work.
Each session at Birkenhead is on a Wednesday from 12:45pm-2:45pm during term time. Come along no need to book this session is open access
