Neurodevelopmental Conditions and Sensory Processing Difficulties

A half day’s training session for professionals who work with families living with a child or young person with a neurodevelopmental condition including Autism, ADHD and sensory processing difficulties (SPD) living in Warrington.

The training session has been developed to provide an awareness and understanding of the day to day challenges of living with neurodevelopmental conditions (NDC), and sensory processing difficulties

Professionals will be able:

• An introduction to the most commonly occuring neurodevelopmental conditions.
• An introduction to Ayres Sensory Integration.
• To recognise how sensory processing difficuties can arise.
• To identify generic strategies to support a child and young person to regulate their sensory processing difficulties.
• To identify where to go when specific intervention is needed. 

Certificates of attendance will be issued after the event.

This training session is CPD accredited

Booking Information:

Delegates should arrive at 9.15am for registration in readiness for a 9.30am start; training finishes at 1.30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
