Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis
The topic for discussion this week is about managing emotions
This week our information workshop is about managing emotions. Some of our children and young people are understandably finding the situation we are in at the moment challenging and some are finding it difficult to regulate their emotions. Our session is to help you with strategies to try. Just join the session and ask any questions you may have.

Each session for Wirral is about the Sefton process and pathways and is every Wednesday during term time at 1.00pm – 2.00pm
Sessions have been limited to 10 per session to allow everyone the opportunity to talk and ask questions.
if you cannot make this session we have different groups for different areas that you are very welcome to join - we will just make sure we share with you the offer for the area you live in.
