Sefton Community Network Group
Your Home/ Somewhere Safe
13th May 2020, 1:00 pm

Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis

The topic for discussion this week is about the Aiming High disability services

This week our partner is Aiming High, an amazing organisation that offers activities and respite to children and young people in Sefton. They will be joining us to explain about the different services they offer. Just join the session and ask any questions you may have.

To join the session, simply call the office on 0151 486 1788 or email community@addvancedsolutions.co.uk and ask for an invite and to be added to the group.

Each session for Wirral is about the Sefton process and pathways and is every Wednesday during term time at 1.00pm – 2.00pm

Sessions have been limited to 10 per session to allow everyone the opportunity to talk and ask questions.

if you cannot make this session we have different groups for different areas that you are very welcome to join - we will just make sure we share with you the offer for the area you live in.

We look forward to seeing you there.
