Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis
The topic for discussion this week is about managing anxiety
This week our information workshop is about managing anxiety, particularly in the current climate. We will be looking how anxiety manifests and how we can support anxiety, especially in those who may have a neurodevelopmental condition. Just join the session and ask any questions you may have.

Each session for Warrington is about the Warrington process and pathways and is every Thursday during term time at 1.00pm – 2.00pm
Sessions have been limited to 10 per session to allow everyone the opportunity to talk and ask questions.
if you cannot make this session we have different groups for different areas that you are very welcome to join - we will just make sure we share with you the offer for the area you live in.
