Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis
Our partner is the Sefton Local Offer team. They are joining us from the local authority to share with parents and carers about the services available for families living with children with SEND. We will be identifying what the Local Offer is and looking at the Local Offer platform and how to navigate it to find services to support you and your family.

Each session for Sefton is about the Sefton process and pathways and is every Wednesday during term time at a new, earlier time of 12.30pm-1.30pm.
Sessions have been limited to 10 per session to allow everyone the opportunity to talk and ask questions.
If you cannot make this session we have different groups for different areas that you are very welcome to join - we will just make sure we share with you the offer for the area you live in.
