This workshop is for professionals, and includes: the four drivers of behaviour, effective communication and positive relationships, creating a positive environment and de-escalation strategies. Practitioners will be encouraged to consider any challenges they may encounter in their own practice.
The workshop will be delivered from 3.30pm - 5.30pm.
Please join us and post any questions you have throughout the presentation; we will be picking up your questions and will answer all we can towards the end of the session.
