National Lottery grant success news

12th March 2019

We are delighted to announce we have been awarded a National Lottery grant to support families living with neurodevelopment conditions including autistic spectrum disorder/condition, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, specific learning difficulties, SEN and disability.

The grant funding will be used to continue delivering our successful Community Network Groups in Belle Vale and Huyton as well as developing a new group in Wirral.

Our Community Network Groups, offer open access support to help families pre, during and post-diagnosis living with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions to learn, understand and meet the needs of their children and wider family.

Vanda Reeves, Director here at ADDvanced Solutions Community Network explains: “Families find this local support invaluable, the fact that the National Lottery is funding these Community Network Groups is fantastic news for us and for the families we work with.”

“Each week we have discussions and workshops covering subjects and issues that are important to these families. We work in partnership with professionals from organisations and experts in their field to provide effective solution-focused support.”

We have been delivering targeted support throughout Liverpool for six years and this was highlighted as one of the strengths in the recent SEND inspection in Liverpool CQC Inspection Report for the work we do to support children, young people and families.  We also deliver Community Network Groups in St Helens and Warrington.

The Community Network Groups will take place weekly during term time with some family activities during the holidays. Check our What's On pages for details of times and dates.
