Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The topic for this session is the offer from Sefton Carers.
This week the session will be delivered in partnership with Sefton Carers Centre team. They will be joining us to share with parents and carers about who they are and what they do to support carers in Sefton. Come along and ask any questions you might have about Sefton Carers and the services they offer, or other difficulties you may be experiencing.

Each session for Sefton is about the Sefton process and pathways and is every Wednesday during term time at a new, earlier time of 12.30pm-1.30pm.
Sessions have been limited to 10 per session to allow everyone the opportunity to talk and ask questions.
If you cannot make this session we have different groups for different areas that you are very welcome to join - we will just make sure we share with you the offer for the area you live in.
