Our Community Network Groups are delivered by a team of professionals who bring genuine insight and understanding from supporting their own families living with Neurodevelopmental conditions. Each week we have a different workshop that supports the difficulties that families can face on a daily basis.
The session this week will be delivered in partnership with the St Helens Early Help Team (who will be joining the group via Zoom).
This week, the EHAT team will be joining us to explain their role in supporting families and their children and young people in St Helens. Come along and ask any burning questions you may have around the EHAT process.
Each session for our St Helens group is about the St Helens process and pathways and is every Tuesday during term time at 12.45pm - 2.45pm.
