Sefton Community Network Group
Thornton Wellbeing Centre, Stannyfield Drive, Thornton, L23 1TY
18th May 2022, 12:45 pm

The Community Network Groups provide a discussion based opportunity to develop your understanding around neurodevelopmental conditions (NDCs), to ask questions and share learning and experience. You can talk to other parents, the ADDvanced Solutions team and visiting professionals who can help and support you.

In today's session we will be looking at Supporting Siblings of Children with NDCs. Our children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions benefit from support and targeted strategies to help them to negotiate life and learning in the best way they can. In the same way, their siblings need support to understand them and to feel supported in their journey. In this session we look at ways to value, support and empower the siblings of children and young people with NDCs and to build their confidence and resilience.

Each session for our Sefton group is about the Sefton process and pathways and is every Wednesday during term time at 12:45pm - 2:45pm. Please drop in at the venue listed.

We look forward to seeing you.
