The Community Network Groups provide a discussion based opportunity to develop your understanding around neurodevelopmental conditions (NDCs), to ask questions and share learning and experience. You can talk to other parents, the ADDvanced Solutions team and visiting professionals who can help and support you.
The session this week will be looking at Autism and Girls; A Different Presentation.
Autistic girls can be missed in assessment because autism can appear differently to the way it presents in boys. In todays session we will look at the differences between autistic boys and autistic girls, and specific ways to support autistic girls.
Each session for our Online group is every Wednesday during term time at 5:00pm - 6:30pm.
