At Addvanced Solutions Community Network we are committed to improving the accessibility of our offer to all parents and carers. This coming term we have arranged for British Sign Language interpreters to support with translations during our Autism Learning Programme in Liverpool.
The Autism Learning Programme is commissioned and funded in Liverpool, Sefton and St Helens to empower parents and carers with a greater understanding of the different ways Autism can be experienced by children and young people: enabling them to identify the individual needs of their own child and equipping them with strategies to support some of the challenges that they might be facing.
This programme is free to attend but places must be booked in advance, and please let us know when booking if you require BSL interpretation. Priority will be given to those whose child has received a diagnosis of Autism but places will also be allocated to those who are awaiting a diagnosis where possible.
The programme with BSL runs across 3 days
- Thursday 4th September – 9.30am – 2.45pm
- Thursday 11th September – 9.30am – 2.45pm
- Thursday 18th September – 9.30am – 2.45pm
